John D. Aderholt is a Principal for Century Equities and a Broker for Century Realty and has been with The Century Group since 2006. Mr. Aderholt oversees real estate operations for Century Equities and its affiliated companies, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and property management for its 14-state portfolio. Additionally, he oversees investor relations and equity placement and provides support for a variety of legal matters.
Previously, Mr. Aderholt served as Area Director for Young Life for approximately 9 years, where he supervised and helped expand Young Life in six counties in north central West Virginia and southwestern Pennsylvania.
Mr. Aderholt received his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law and is a member of the West Virginia State Bar. He received his B.A. from Grove City College in Pennsylvania where he studied History, Theology, and Economics.
Mr. Aderholt is a licensed Real Estate Broker in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. As Broker, Mr. Aderholt oversees Century’s brokerage affiliate Century Realty LLC. Century Realty specializes in advising clients in office, retail, land, industrial, multi-family, and hospitality opportunities throughout the greater Pittsburgh/Tri-state region, as well as nationally through its affiliation with CORFAC International.
Mr. Aderholt resides in Wheeling, WV with his wife, Molly, and three children.

Adam Weidner joined Century Equities as Director of Real Estate Operations in 2014. His responsibilities include overseeing the leasing and management of Century’s portfolio of assets as well as dedicating efforts to new development opportunities and property acquisitions.
Prior to joining Century Equities, Mr. Weidner was Vice President in the Baltimore office of CBRE, Inc. serving as a strategic advisor for tenants and institutional landlords, both locally and nationally, in the leasing and sale of their real estate portfolios since 2002. These responsibilities included site search, market analysis, lease/sale negotiations and financial analysis for his clients. Mr. Weidner was designated a Costar Power Broker from 2005-2013 representing transactions completed in the Baltimore market and has counted numerous Fortune 500 companies as clients.
Mr. Weidner holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Mr. Weidner resides in Wheeling, West Virginia with his wife, Erika, and two children.
