October 28, 2015 – Century Equities, Inc. is pleased to announce that Autumn Harris has joined the Century team as Director of Finance in 2015. Mrs. Harris is responsible for managing Century Equities’ debt and equity portfolio inclusive of construction project loans, property acquisition loans, refinance and oversight of the existing loan portfolio. Mrs. Harris is also actively involved with Century Hospitality and Century Realty, affiliates of Century Equities.
Prior to joining Century Equities, she spent 10 years with institutional banks, including PNC Bank and RBS Citizens. She served most recently as a Relationship Manager for PNC Bank’s Real Estate Banking department. As a banker, she has been responsible for financing office, retail, apartment, warehouse/industrial and hospitality projects. Her career began with a boutique commercial real estate investment bank out of Philadelphia in 2003 and she is a graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
Mrs. Harris serves on CREW Pittsburgh’s Board of Directors as Program Chair and previously held a position as Public Relations Chair on CREW Philadelphia’s Board of Directors. She also serves as a Board Member on NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Association Young Leaders in Pittsburgh, a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (“ICSC”), and is involved with Urban Land Institute (“ULI”) Pittsburgh.
